★ Ao comissionar comigo, você deverá concordar com os seguintes termos: ★★ Diretrizes: ★★ Só faço o meu estilo de arte;
★ Não haverá a remoção da marca d’água;
★ Grandes mudanças só serão realizadas durante o rascunho. Após o rascunho, apenas pequenas mudanças como: a cor, luz, algum acessório a mais, etc;
★ Posto meus desenhos em plataformas de arte, mas caso não queira, sua comissão não precisa ser publicada ou pode ser publicada com uma marca d’água de comissão;
★ Não permito que use minha arte para nenhum serviço de inteligência artificial ou NFT;
★ Repostar a arte é permitido, mas com os devidos créditos a mim;
★ Caso procure algo diferente, como emotes, venda de produtos, estampas e etc, entre em contato comigo para discutimos;
★ Não é permitido usar a minha arte para vendas sem conversar diretamente comigo e minha confirmação.★ Pagamentos e Revisões: ★★ Metade do pagamento será feito no pedido e o resto na entrega do desenho;
★ Pagamentos somente via PIX
★ O cliente o tempo inteiro receberá WIP’s/o processo do desenho para ver se está tudo conforme o solicitado;
★ Muitas vezes eu posso manda um WIP e perguntar se o cliente prefere de tal modo ou do jeito que está, irei esperar o posicionamento para continuar o desenho;
★ O redesenho completo custará 100% do valor da comissão.★ Reembolso: ★★ Caso o cliente queira cancelar o pedido ANTES DA REALIZAÇÃO, ele receberá o valor total enviado;
★ Caso o cliente queira cancelar o pedido após o rascunho, será um reembolso de 50% do valor enviado;
★ Reembolso total/parcial não será aplicável se o cliente não estiver satisfeito com a obra finalizada.★ Processo e Entrega: ★★ Caso queira pedir uma comissão, entre em contato por:

★ Após a confirmação do pagamento, irei iniciar o seu desenho;
★ Os desenhos levam em média 1 semana ou até 3 semanas para serem concluídos, tenha calma, pois pode haver alguém em sua frente;
★ O cliente receberá a imagem em resolução máxima assim que for aprovado e pago;
★ O cliente receberá a imagem com filtro (caso tenha), sem filtro e sem fundo/transparente.
★ As comissões são entregues pelo site WeTransfer, via Google Drive Link ou Email.

★ O cliente pode escolher outros tamanhos, ou colocar um personagem de corpo inteiro em um tamanho quadrado, também pode escolher tamanho de papel de parede de celular ou computador, entre outros. (Não haverá diminuição ou aumento do preço do desenho).
